Tour Timeline

    DAY 1 - ARRIVIAL NEW NEW JALPAIGURI / IXB BAGDOGRA TO LATAGURI

    You will be greeted and assisted by our official at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)  He will assist you & transfer to Lataguri (100 Kilometres, 2 ½   3hours) via Mahananda wildlife sanctuary, you will also enjoy the river view of Mountain river Sevoke. You may offer puja in Sevoke famous Sevoke Kali Temple on your way. You will pass through Coronation Bridge where you will be given a warm welcome by wild Monkeys sitting both site of the road. Welcome to Dooars, Check in at Jungle Resort, 

    Early evening visit  Gorumara National Park  enjoy Jungle Jeep Safari (In case of late arrival Jeep Safari may arranged on next day). Gorumara was a reserve forest since 1895. The park was declared a Wildlife Sanctuary in 1949, on account of its breeding population of Indian Rhinoceros. It was declared an Indian National Park on January 31, 1994. Overnight at Lataguri.

    DAY 2 - EX LATAGURI SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast in early morning   Visit to Murti River, Chapramri , Samsing, Suntekhola & Jhalong/ Bindu   in the lap of Himalaya   Thid area of Dooars known for its diversified flora and fauna    It provides habitat for the Royal Bengal Tiger, Gaur, Leopard, Sambar, Chital, Hog Deer, Barking deer etc. Visit Samsing Sunthalikhol. Enjoy the forest mountain drive. On the way enjoy Bengali food and back to resort prior sunset. On demand Tribal dance can be arranged (Supplement charge Applicable).

    DAY 3 - LATAGURI KHAYERBARI JALDAPARA

    After Breakfast Check out drive to Khayerbari Tiger Rescue and rehabilitation Center. Drive through the teak plantation of Khayerbari forest and reach the center by the side of a small river. The main attraction of this place is the leopard and tigers kept in a huge cage where you can go for a ride in a battery run small car to see the animals closely. Have your lunch on the way. Over night at resort in Jaldapara (Dooars).

    DAY 4 - JALDAPARA SIGHTSEEING

    After breakfast at hotel, Jaldapara local sightseeing check out from resort and proceed for return journey. Your Dooars Tour ends with sweet memories

Derived from the word   doors   (doors to Bhutan), this region, located in the district of Jalpaiguri and Cooch Behar, forms a gateway to the hill stations of North Bengal, Sikkim, Bhutan & North Eastern states. The dense natural forests, interwoven with lush green tea gardens, criss crossed by Teesta, Raidak, Torsha, Jaldhaka, Kaljani and other rivers & their innumerable tributaries rolling down the hills fill up your senses with sublimity.

 

Not so much known to the world, the Dooars valley stretching from river Teesta on the west to river Sankosh on the east, over a span of 130 km by 40 km, forms a major part of Jalpaiguri district. To its north stands the east Himalayas as a natural backdrop. A vast texture of dense forests teeming with wildlife, unending tea gardens, bubbling rivers, interspersed with sleepy or busy settlements, is what Dooars is all about.

Payment Policy

25 % at the time of booking and balance 7 days prior travel date.

All bookings are on special corporate nonrefundable basis.

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 7 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • 7 to 15 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • 16 to 30 Days Prior to Date of Travel: 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge
  • More than 30 Days: Full Refund of Package Cost Excluding Processing Fees @ 500 Per person and Actual of air/ railway charges.
  • You can take advantage of the group travel, if the number of head remains same we will not charge any cancellation fees even in last hour. Only flight / Train ticket we need to manage.

Travelers Hub reserves the right to re arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.

Package valid only for Indian travelers with valid PIO. Any point of time if guest is rejected by any authority for validity of PIO then organization [TH] will not be  liable for it and not take responsibility including cancellation, modification or extension of the trip.

The vehicle are used always on Non Ac basis if not specifically  mentioned as   Ac Car  will be allotted , even if Ac car been provided, during hill ride air conditioner will be switched to get more power and cars are available for point to point  Services only and is not at disposal. Please follow the itinerary. In case of Hotel rooms, if not mentioned as AC Room please get it clarified if it is a AC room or Non Ac room to avoid confusion.
